Duncan Laing first started DJing over 20 years ago and instantly got bitten by the entertainment bug! He worked local pubs and clubs in Stockport and Manchester until 1995 and then joined K.C. Roadshows. He worked tirelessly for nearly 7 years before he thought he should hang up his headphones and moved into the pub industry but always kept his hand in at DJing. When he left the pub industry in 2009, he could not resist the draw of work wedding and function work for unit one. He is best at 18th’s and 21st birthday parties and does enjoy raising the roof off at any theme nights!
He can work rooms from 50 people up to enormous gatherings and has the equipment to suit any size venue. He is a very lively and chatty DJ that not only expects but demand audience participation and request’s!

Dear Unit One
I just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to express my wife’s & my thanks and appreciation for the services provided by your DJ, Duncan Laing, in the Marriott V&A in Manchester on New Year’s Eve.
From the moment we accidentally met him at the bar prior to his set, right through the evening and well past midnight, Duncan was excellent in every respect and judged his audience to perfection.
