Alexander O'Neal
This highly distinguished and distinctive
Minneapolis based vocalist, was born on 15th
November 1953 in Natchez, Mississippi. The early
eighties saw Alexander begin his solo career
with his first UK top 10 smash “Saturday Love”.
1987 saw the release of Alexander’s second album
“Hearsay” and featured major club anthems “Fake”
and “Criticise” - the album sold over 700,000
copies in the UK alone.

Aswad
After fifteen albums and two decades on the
music scene, Aswad remains one of Britain’s best
loved reggae bands. Originally led by the trio
of Brinsley “Dan” Forde (on vocals and rhythm
guitar), Angus “Drummie Zeb” Gaye (on vocals and
drums), and Tony “Gad” Robinson (on bass), Aswad
is renowned among reggae fans for their rich
melodies and compelling harmonies, woven over
hard rhythm tracks and inspired horn riffs.
Aswad, after more than 25 years, are still the
purveyors of the UK reggae scene and will

Womack & Womack
WOMACK & WOMACK famous for many hits like "Love

venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, London and
Wembley Arena. In 1999 they returned to the UK
for a promotional tour which preceded the

then back again to promote in clubs during

Errol Brown
In
the 1970's ‘HOT CHOCOLATE’, with Errol Brown as
lead singer released their first record entitled
‘LOVE IS LIFE’ which reached no. 6 in the
charts. This was the start of a fifteen year
career for the group who amassed a total of over
30 hits and also became the only group in the UK
to have a hit for fifteen consecutive years.
Brown’s bald headed charismatic image and unique
voice being the central focus of the group along
with a great song writing talent that saw him
pen such pop classics as, ‘IT STARTED WITH A
KISS’, ‘YOU SEXY THING’ and ‘EVERY ONE’S A

consists of Lee Brennan, Jimmy Constable and
Simon 'Spike' Dawbarn. The band was formed in
1995 and in May 1996, they released their debut
single. The band split up in February 2000, when
they announced their break-up live on Chris
Moyles' Radio 1 show. In 2005, the members of
the group reformed to participate in the ITV
singing contest, Hit Me Baby One More Time.
