Are the prices for booking Entertainment displayed on
this site? If you wish to obtain a price for
Entertainment the quote you will receive is based on
three main factors:
A.
Location of event, the distance the Entertainment will
have to travel.
Size of event/Number of people, we will need more
equipment, planning and man power to organise a large
event.
Performance times.

Q.
How
can I confirm a booking?
A.
Confirmation of any booking’s are only secured once a
Deposit has been received and processed. Deposits are
payable via credit card (a small surcharge will be
applicable on all card payments).
We will then send you a receipt and a copy of the
contract; this will act as a confirmation of your
booking.
You can always check on the status of the booking by
ringing the Unit One office between the hours of 9:30am
- 5:00pm Monday to Friday on 0161 7888 444. |

What security do you provide if my Entertainment fails
to arrive?
A.
At Unit
One we pride ourselves on providing our client’s with an
unrivalled back up service. We have in place a back up
service on every booking & if there is a emergency
please call our office, listen to the options & you will
be transferred to our out of office mobile.

Q.
What is your dress code for events?
A.
Our
standard dress code is either smart casual or black tie,
(depending on the entertainment booked) if you have a
preference just ask! If it is a fancy dress or themed
function our Entertainment will also make an effort to
go with the chosen theme. |

Q.
The
venue that I have booked has stated that the
Entertainment must have Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
and carry Portable Appliance Test (PAT) certificates.
Does your artist possess these?
A.
Yes,
equipment is Portable Appliance Tested where necessary
and all artists have Public Liability Insurance. |

Q.
We
are provisionally interested but would like to explore
other options before we confirm with a deposit. How long
can you hold our date?
A.
We are
happy to hold any dates for this year for one week from
the day you make the initial enquiry. Please contact us
at your earliest convenience to confirm any on going
enquiry. |

Do your Disc Jockey’s take into consideration Clients
musical requirements?
A.
A definite
yes! Please take your time over your musical choices, As
your event is personal to you & your quests & I should
run to your guidelines. Please email your track list at
least a week prior to the event & this will give us
plenty of time to source all of your favourites. |

We have found another company who are offering similar
Artists at a lower price, can you match their quote?
A.
We will
endeavour to match any competitors quote, but we would
never compromise on quality. We work on reputation & are
member’s of the Agents Association of Great Britain &
always do our up most best for our clients & venues. |

Do
you have any recent clients who can give you a
reference?
A.
We receive
positive feedback about our service on a weekly basis
and always collect the client's email address and
telephone number. We will happily pass on the relevant
details (respecting client confidentiality) of recent
clients for a reference and would appreciate a reference
from you after we have performed at your event. |
