First
arrived
20 June 20,
2005, when he gave
some cheeky backchat
to Dev in the Rovers
before going for an
interview at
Streetcars. At the
interview, he was
shocked to find out
that Dev was
co-owner of the cab
company, but with
some pressure from
Eileen, Dev offered
Lloyd a job as a
driver.
Character
reference
A loveable
scally who likes his
Northern Soul music.
Lloyd’s brother
Patrick has also
worked at Streetcars
in the past.
Love life
When leggy
Kelly Crabtree found
out that Lloyd had
bought a share in
Streetcars, she was
all over him like a
rash, but he played
it cool at first. As
their relationship
developed, Kelly
started to wonder
what was going on
when Lloyd kept
saying he was
playing darts with
the lads every time
she arranged a date
for them both.
Kelly followed Lloyd
on one of his darts
nights and found him
snogging a blonde
woman instead. She
got her revenge by
putting laxatives in
his beer at the
Rovers. Lloyd
eventually told
Kelly he was having
an affair with a
woman called Tina
who had loaned him
the money to buy
into Streetcars.
Kelly dumped him but
they got back
together and he gave
her a key to his
flat as a birthday
present for her.
When Kelly’s
ex-prison mate Becky
arrived on the
Street, she and
Lloyd kissed in his
flat. Becky poisoned
Lloyd’s mind against
Kelly and he doubted
whether Kelly was
innocent over the
recent Underworld
thefts. The strain
on Lloyd and Kelly
came to a head when
Streetcars cabbie
Ronnie Clayton was
involved in a hit
and run and Kelly
admitted she was
with Steve McDonald
on the night that it
happened. Lloyd
dumped Kelly and has
been single ever
since.
Memorable
scene
Suffering
the wrath of a woman
scorned when Kelly
Crabtree put
laxatives in his
beer after she found
out he had snogged
Becky.
What next
for Lloyd?
Will Lloyd
and Kelly ever get
back together? Will
Eileen continue to
drive him round the
bed in the
Streetcars office?
