Runner-up of the BBC's "The One And Only" tribute  show. Ex-police woman Tara Stafford Allen is The One and Only...Britney Spears. Tara started singing when she was 12-years old. However, Tara only started performing as Britney Spears in March 2007, although prior to this she was in an ABBA tribute band and says that one of her greatest moments was singing in front of 10,000 people at a concert in India.
