A Race Night / event is a race meeting that comes to you!
A Race Night is normally supplied in one of two different packages the most popular is the Professionally Compered event, with a Large Screen, Projector and 8 Video/DVD's each showing a single horse race. The other option is to hire the videos and supply your own Projector or Large Screen TV. Our Video/DVD’s are produced in full colour, and come complete with an English (Not American) commentary.
The races each have 8 horses identified by number only. They are shown at a special race evening or afternoon arranged by your organisation. Your guest’s bet using real or fun money, on which horse number they
think will win using the "Tote" (betting desk).

If fundraising your profits come from a percentage of the bets, the entrance fee, Race Sponsors, and selling the Owners and Trainers.
Each video/DVD is sealed so that nobody knows which horse will win. One is selected at random by one of the audience after Tote has closed and the betting is complete. The seal is broken and the race shown. That's when the excitement really begins as members cheer on their own horse. It's as simple as that.
If you are FUND-RAISING real cash is used to purchase tickets and before the lucky winners collect their money a percentage is deducted for the charity (and expenses). You are able to keep the cost down by asking for volunteers to work with the compere on the tote. You may wish to have us auction horses in one of the races or indeed sell the horses prior to the event and produce your own race cards with the owner’s name printed in the programme.
