DJ Mark Lu-Hilson
Mark is regularly described as “as daft as a
brush, the best DJ we’ve ever had, a consummate
professional, my favourite DJ, highly recommended,
the ‘good time vendetta’ DJ, hard working, tireless
and totally committed to customer satisfaction”. His
disco roadshow is called 'The Glitterballs Roadshow'
and is very high tech and up to the minute with the
latest in A/V entertainment equipment (more details
below).
Mark has been
DJ'ing since 1983 (he’s older than he looks!) and
has always
upheld, maintained and lived by a single mantra:

His commitment is always to the success of your
event and Mark welcomes your involvement in the
music programming of your function from an early
stage. With an archive of over 25,000 tracks to
choose from, starting way back in the swinging
‘20’s, through to the naughty noughties, and
everything else in between, Mark ensures a
completely tailored result is second nature for him.

As a time-served Audio Visual
Installation Engineer (see other
services), Mark offers one of the North
West's Video Disco Shows. Billed as one
of the most visually spectacular mobile
presentations currently available, these
shows boast state-of-the-art
technologies and are available to suit
three budgetary brackets.
Video DJ (VDJ) with Wi-Fi photography
This incorporates all of the show of the
DJ Only package and in addition includes
x1 5’ x 3.5’ dj console positioned rear
projection screen. 3000 ANSI lumen
projector, ongoing Wi-Fi photography of
you and your guests, VDJ visuals (music
videos and high definition psychedelic
graphics), an active ‘live-feed’ video
camera (you and your guests dancing,
projected live onto the screen) all
switched through the projectors source
selection capability. Post event you
will receive a CD-R of all photographs
taken.
Full Visual Production DJ
This high-end solution incorporates all
of the features of the above two
packages, where, in addition all visuals
now run through a live video production
suite rather than being selected via the
projector.
This enables smooth transitional
switching between sources. Two
additional live feed cameras now present
differing stage angles (ie, presenter,
audience and dancefloor) to the screen.
The suite is DVD playback enabled,
important if you have a promo/showreel
to present, as well as incorporating a
live scrolling text capability and full
HDD recording of images sent to the
screen(s). This can then be burned, post
event, in an ‘as seen on the night’
format, onto DVDs.
If the venue is of a large enough size,
the projected images will be shown on a
8’ x 6’ rear projected screen with full
blue velvet drape kit, rest assured, the
show will be optimised to suite your
venue.
Important note
To minimise cost, all cameras are
positioned in a ‘locked-off-shot’ mode.
However should you require, additional
camera operators are available for a
nominal fee.
