Lucie Jones was a finalist in the 2009 series of The X Factor. She is an 18 year old student from Cardiff and currently lives at home with her parents. As a contestant in the under 25 females category, she was mentored by Australian singer Dannii Minogue. Lucie was eliminated in the fifth week of live shows, on the 8th November 2009. She was one of the contestants with the least votes on the night, alongside controversial Irish twins John and Edward. She entered the sing-off with One Moment In Time and was given positive comments by the judges.
