Elli Jo
Manchester based Elli Jo is a self-contained contemporary act who has been singing since the age of 7. Elli’s style’s are pop, jazz, country, rock and R & B, with influences from Shania Twain, Christina Aguilera and Kylie Minogue. Elli has performed for a number of years in clubs and private venues.

Elli first discovered her talent at a young age while singing on her mother’s karaoke equipment. This led to Elli enrolling herself in to the local stage school and it was here that she began to develop her talent in to the versatile voice that she has today. At the age of 15 Elli Jo then decided to enter herself in to some local singing competitions coming first or second in most.

Elli turned 16 and she went on to do A-Level performing arts, which involved practical assessments in singing and drama. Elli achieved excellent grades and this progressed her further in to the development of her musical talent.

Elli is very energetic on stage, dancing, working the room and wowing audiences with her versatile vocal ability. She has an excellent stage presence and she always leaves the audience wanting more.

Elli adapts her vocal techniques to a variety of musical styles, which makes her an all round performer, and her act appeals to all ages and tastes. Elli sings 60’s to modern day and Ballard to up tempo numbers in her repertoire. Elli has a very bubbly personality so her audience warm to her quickly and soon she has them singing and clapping along to the music which is an excellent atmosphere.

Elli embraces her performance and delivers an unforgettable experience that often succeeds expectations of audiences. Elli connects with audiences and their emotions and she delivers a stunning live performance.


Achievements.

Elli got through to the final stages of pop stars the rivals from 50,000 who first applied to the last 50. Peter Waterman said that Elli had a clean crisp voice and that she was very exiting to listen to. All three judges put Elli through to London to the final rounds.

Elli has Guest appeared on GMR radio performing Tell Him by Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand and was also interviewed. She has performed for charity at numerous events including Brannigans and City of Manchester Stadium.


Elli has provided vocals for "wrightdenmade music" who are 2 songwriters of growing stature within the music industry. She has also provided backing vocals for various artists and voice over work. Elli has gained recognition from her peers and other professional performers.
