More Information

Dionne and Louise, as The Passionettes have performed in many venues and theatres across the country both as an act in their own right and as backing singers to many accomplished artistes and musicians, including Elvis Presley’s very own guitar maestro and legend, James Burton. This good looking and sounding duo put their heart and soul into each performance and tackle songs that they think other female artistes are not covering.

As The Passionettes they offer music right across the board – anything from a complete Motown Show, to disco, 80’s and up to date music.

They can also provide a mellow set for easy listening which they have often used at weddings or functions before the main act comes on.

They are also able to provide professional backing vocals, having worked across the country with many different stars. They have toured with Billy Fury’s brother Jason Eddie, (Albie Wycherley) as his official backing singers and performed with some of the countries best Elvis and Tom Jones tributes. They have also have had the privilege of working on Buddy Holly and Roy Orbison stage shows.

The girls do have a terrific on stage chemistry and presence, which Louise puts down to two things, off stage, they are great friends, and this spills over into their stage act (could this be why people are always asking them if they are sisters?!). This fantastic duo also have the advantage of having been theatre trained and this without a doubt gives them a professional edge.
