Brothers Leon Ashby (Drums) and Joel Ashby (Guitars) along with long term friend Kevin Warren (Bass Guitar) make up U2’s. They have incorporated the vocal talents of Scott (Bono) Wilson and have created an awesome sounding tribute to U2. The band have played throughout the UK playing festivals, clubs, pubs and private functions. U2’s have always impressed wherever they perform.

Brothers Leon Ashby (Drums) and Joel Ashby (Guitars) along with long term friend Kevin Warren (Bass Guitar) have played in various bands together since their schooldays. They have been inspired and influenced by such rock acts as The Who, ACDC, Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix. They have remained a tight unit providing a unique and exciting rhythm section developed over years of live and recording experience. They have incorporated the vocal talents of Scott (Bono) Wilson and have created an awesome sounding tribute to U2. The band have played throughout the UK playing festivals, clubs, pubs and private functions. U2-s have always impressed wherever they perform.

Leon says…”Kev and I had gone right through school together and had known each other from very young. Being influenced by similar rock acts we started getting bands together with younger brother Joel and have over the years been quite successful in our various musical projects.”

Joel says…”Leon, Kev and I have played together since childhood in original and cover bands so musically we are on the same wave length. I had to change my style of playing to emulate the edge but its a role I’m really enjoying.”

Kev says…” This is the most exciting project to date we are doing really well. I think its important to enjoy yourself on stage as it does show from the reaction from the people that come to see us.”

Scott says…” As a kid I was in a few bands whilst living in my native Scotland. People would often say I had a vocal style not to dissimilar to Bono of U2 and being a big fan its a great honour emulating the man himself in the U2’s.”
